Approved Program Supplemental Endorsements
The following supplemental endorsements can be added upon completion of the approved courses listed for each endorsement. Substitutions will be considered by faculty who are the content experts in each field. All courses for each licensure area require a grade of "C" or higher and a recommendation from MSU for the endorsement. Application for the endorsement should be made directly to the Office of Clinical/Field-Based Instruction and Licensure (OCFBI) at Mississippi State University. OCFBI verifies coursework and grades and provides institutional verification if the applicant has met course/grade requirements.
To be eligible for institutional recommendation from Mississippi State University for a driver's education supplemental endorsement, a valid Mississippi educator's license in a subject area is required. To be eligible for institutional recommendation from Mississippi State University for a K6 (120) supplemental endorsement, a valid 5 year Mississippi educator's license, three years teaching experience, and passing scores on Foundations of Reading are required.

To be eligible for institutional recommendation from Mississippi State University for a supplemental endorsement in Math (7-12), a valid Mississippi educator’s license in any subject area (academic or occupational) is required.
